Sydney Tools Marsden Park

Amazing store! Very welcoming staff, I was looking to buy a few thing's for my husbands birthday and was served by Paul, very knowledgeable and polite, did not try to up sell me and sold me everything I needed and gave me some very good tips and tricks. Store is also very clean and well stocked, would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!!!

Big shout out to George of the marsden park branch who sorted me out with all my tooling with no delay. to kit out my van from a torch to vibrating plates he handle my order with great ease and care. Pricing was very reasonable I have being dealing with George for the past 4 years and I can honestly say he is absolutely fantastic at looking after his customers. I dealt with George, I came in with intentions of changing over my tool kit and he took the time to advise me on quality and value for money. He was very knowledgeable in his field and made things ridiculously easy for me.Sydney tools has an outstanding amount of range and he took every minute to make it noticeable to me. I would always be back at this store for upgrades.

Worst customer experience. They don't have all the prices displayed on the aisles. The manager is rude thinks he owns Sydney! Parked my car and went into find a product that I didn't find .. was walking to the next block where the other tool shop is and manager came out and rudely said that is I'm not buying assenting I need to move the car ... the whole parking lot was empty!!Worst experience and not going back again!

Worst customer service and staff.I bought CPI lazer level and found it was faulty 6weeks later after purchasing. A lazer level was 5mm out of level in 4M.I asked staffs to exchange new one or replace other brand. They said my one needed to inspect and it would takes 12weeks.12 weeks is 3 months.Who thinks a new lazer level is faulty.Who is happy to wait 12 weeks.So I complained and kept asking to replace a new one because I needed it tomorrow. A staff suggested I buy new lazer level and sell my faulty one after warranty service. They did not listen and understand me.So I brought it to a Riverwood sydney(repair centre) by myself and got replace other brand new one. It took only 1 week.Marsden parks sydney tools gave me worst experience. I will go to bunnings to buy tools or equipment.Please share your experiences if you have same experience like me.They have to know how customers think and rate their service.

I had some issues with a battery bought couple of weeks ago from them, wanted to replace that battery with higher power battery but they refuse to replace eventhough i had invoice merely because i didn't have box of the battery.Customer service was very poor and rude. I'll not come back to that shop again and not recommended.

Finally a decent tool store next to home, customer service was exceptional, got myself a new toolbox for the garage, got looked after by George, knew his stuff and organised delivery next day. Highly recommend the boys here at Sydney tools Marsden park

My experience at the marsden park store with George was amazing and would highly recommend anyone to deal with George. He was very helpful and made my life so easy to whatever I needed to buy to start my business and I would only use George again in the future.
