10/10 service from the minute I made the phone call. Lady who answered and listened to me ramble on about my issue and gave me advice, then the plumber who turned up (within an hour on a Sunday- lifesaver!) I’m sure it was Lachy- was so helpful, explained everything to me and I could actually understand what he was doing and what was expected etc. He also listened to me ramble on and made me feel at ease about the situation and provided excellent service. It was a hot day, and he came out, completed the work and did so with a professional attitude the entire time. Would definitely recommend.

The plumbing technician was Josiah. He did a great job. He explained everything that he was doing and got on with the job. He even cleaned up after himself. Had some drainage issues in our kitchen area. Mick arrived on time and was very efficient in unblocking the drain. He even detected a small gas leak and fixed it with no fuss. Mick was great to deal with and gave some great advice. Would highly recommend.

This morning we noticed a leak in the dishwasher hose, so we called a plumber. Lucky arrived at our house within 10 minutes and fixed the hose in less than 30 minutes. He was a nice person. Very recommended for quick service.
