Got screenprotector for new phone and paid $45. One side has got a bubble after 1 week use. I was hoping to at least last for 6 months after spending money on premium screen protector.

They have a lot more cases than the other shops.

I took my windows surface go in recently to be repaired. The tablet wasn't turning on and was stuck on an error screen reading 'no bootable device'. They quoted me $360 to fix the issue which was an apparent hardware issue. I was also told there would be a 'high risk of screen damage during the repair' which would cost ME $250 to replace. A total of $610.I asked the store to return my device as I was not willing to spend that much to repair it and the idea of having to pay for a screen they were likely to damage during repair didn't sit right with me.I then troubleshooted the error message via the Windows website and some online forums and discovered it could be fixed by downloading an update onto a USB and then putting that into the tablet via a converter. The problem was resolved. Cost $0. I didn't even lose any data.This business is either ripping people off or using unskilled technicians. Either way be careful and get a second opinion before paying for devices to be repaired here.
