From the moment we were referred to Andersens Aspley by our Insurance company, the experience was incredible. They were in touch really quickly, arranged for measure and quote within days and were super helpful going through our options as we wanted to upgrade from the original carpeting.Nothing was a problem for the guys at Andersens, Jackson kept in touch and arranged everything for us, and Brittany was so helpful in talking us through the process. When it came to the installation, we welcomed a friendly, professional expert into our home, who talked us through every part of the process.We opted for the Karndean Looselay Designer Plank in Lancaster for our bedroom and walk-in robe (and eventually the entire house!), and could not be happier with the final result. The pictures really don't do it justice, but it's added the 'wow' factor to the bedroom.I couldn't be more impressed with our experience with Andersens Aspley - and I would never look elsewhere for our home updates. When you're on to a good thing, stick with it, and Andersens are the best!

A'ight playahs. Gather round. Hearken to the tale of Andersens Aspley, and how they became The Greatest Purveyors of Flooring Ever (tm).It starts with the quote. You go in to the showroom at the Aslpey Homemaker Centre. You take a look around at the (many, many) samples of flooring they have on offer. You select your preferred types. (For my wife and me, top of the list was a type of vinyl plank because we hated our carpet almost as much as our cats loved our carpet to sharpen their claws on and our greyhounds loved it to vomit on.) While you're browsing, you get approached by one of Andersens Aspley's brilliant staff. For us, it was Jackson Ball. I can only hope, because I care about my fellow man, that everyone gets the chance to be served by Jackson. Because he's a gun. He's that rare breed: phenomenal at his job, knowledgeable about his work, and just as enthusiastic. I can honestly say we've never had a better service experience. (Except that time in Berlin when we...wait, never mind. That's private.) Anyway, the man cares, and works hard. What a delight.Now cut to the installation. (You'll have to imagine the intervening events, like us receiving the incredibly reasonably-priced quote, and accepting it like giggling schoolgirls. You can do it. Your imagination is great.) We had the not-at-all-deserved luck of being assigned floor installer Carl Davies. How to describe this peerless artisan of floor installation? To quote his magnificent offsider Lachie (Lockie? Locky? Not sure of the spelling - anyway, I'm sure his full name's Lachlan, a good strong name, and he's a gun like his boss): Carl's a perfectionist." Which is exactly the kind of tradesman you want. Carl and Lachie (I'll stick with that spelling) took their time

Andersen’s Aspley was great to work with! We recently had laminate flooring put down in my Mums house and overall we found the experience quite easy and smooth. Donna was patient, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. The installers were also friendly, very knowledgeable and the floors turned out great!

A great range of Australian made carpets at a price along with great service. Highly recommend Andersens Aspley if you want new carpets. Have used them a couple of times now and not been disappointed. Good communication and on time with no issues.

Where do I start? After loosing our house in February to the floods we had to get all new flooring, blinds and carpets. We called into see the team at Aspley and spoke to the manager there Donna. What an amazing lady she is, her advice and guidance were exceptional and her professionalism was second to none. She helped us choose colours and match everything to how we wanted them. The installers that came to the house were caring and very very good at their jobs. Thank you Donna and all the team at Aspley we appreciate all you did for us.
