CLASS Locksmiths - Canberra

Very unpleasant experience dealing with Luke, he was very condescending and rude and felt as though he belittled me the whole time i was there. He was also very arrogant in the way he tried to handle things. However it seems like the rest of the staff are nice though.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Got my custom car key cut from them, although paid $35 for key cut only. But they did not pushed, unlike mister minit, in attempt of selling an expensive transponder along with they key.

We had fantastic service from Mark today from Class Locksmiths, who helped us with replacing a lost car key. He did the job professionally and was very knowledgeable about the variations of security systems for my model of car (which is not a particularly common one these days). We appreciated that he explained what he was doing so we could understand more about the car. The price was very reasonable and we were very happy with the experience. Highly recommended.

Class sent Colin and he was polite and professional. The booking service was also very understanding and when they realized that it was an emergency, they agreed immediately to send someone within the hour. They were excellent and I we would definitely use their service again.

5 stars might not be enough. Ehrin was a fantastic, honest and trustworthy locksmith who came on time, explained things well, and took pride in his work. We were ecstatic with the service.

We had a truly terrible experience with Class Locksmiths. They didn’t consult us on the locks prior to purchase, incorrectly assumed we wanted the cheapest available and then failed to order a matching deadbolt. Initially I was told we’d have to use mismatched hardware as there weren’t any matching deadbolts, until I complained to the manager and miraculously a matching deadbolt appeared. The door handles were initially installed very sloppily (crooked and with screws falling out). I again complained and eventually a more competent locksmith was sent out who was thankfully able to rectify the work. It took 8 weeks(!) for them to install two cheap and already scratched door handles, a deadbolt and garage clicker.Edit: Photos of the work prior to being rectified didn't attach before, but are now attached. We asked for advice on the types of locks suitable for our door prior to works being done, but were not advised that our doors lacked enough wood until the 3rd visit (after I had complained that all the screws had fallen out). I was told that they don't fix doors and I should go to Bunnings and get some bog to fix the locks myself :/ oh, and the manager was extremely condescending and dismissive. Reception and phone staff were always very lovely and understanding, as was the second locksmith that was sent out (hence the 1 star).

I ordered a service call-out to my residence. Fifteen minutes prior to the appointment locksmith Shane H. rang to say he was arriving shortly. The service he provided was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. Highly recommended.

Joel from CLASS locksmiths was amazing when we found ourselves locked out of our apartment. He answered promptly , was there within 20mins and got us in no problems at all. Very friendly, extremely professional, super efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend anytime!!

Cannot thank the boys from CLASS enough for helping me with my car. They arrived in 10 mins and were so friendly and polite. I really appreciated the service today.

Mark and Lachy were fantastic to deal with!Both were professional and friendly when dealing with an aftermarket key I had provided to but cut and programmed for my car.The process was outlined clearly and both were up for a chat throughout the job, as I decided to hang around while the programming was taking place.Overall very impressed with the service and end result.Class Locksmiths are the real deal!
