PACK & SEND Bibra Lake

I bid and won something at Grays Auctions in Western Australia.I immediately thought pack and send would be the obvious choice.I was quickly quoted by Amber E. , and accepted the quote, sent through necessary paperwork, pickup was facilitated, packed, picked up, and delivered from Western Australia to Townsville North Queensland in under 24 hours!!Yes, I initiated the pickup, and had it opposite side of Australia in under a day!!A HUGE THANKS to Amber E. I found the sales staff to be helpful and I appreciated the follow ups, I also appreciated the communication and assistance of the delivery truck driver. I just have two grievances with the process.1) Unfortunately one of our boxes had to be repacked at an additional cost as it was too heavy, we weren't initially made aware that the box weight may be an issue despite letting the sales staff know that I wasn't aware of the exact weight but I did give the box dimensions. I appreciated that pack and send assisted us in having special boxes made for us but I would have appreciated being made aware that there was a box weight limit as I would have been able to weigh the box myself and save the just over $200 for the repackaging.2) My other grievance is that half of the tea cups from my grandmother's bequeathed tea set as well as a plant pot were shattered, both were in the same box. I had packed both very well in bubble wrap and the tea cups were in a hard case retro suitcase, packed tightly to avoid breakage (only broken cups pictured). In the picture you'll see the pot is badly shattered, I can't say for sure but in my opinion this could have only happened from a dropped box. My husband is now having issues with his pc which was in a different box but in the box that had to be repacked. The LEDs are flashing and the components seem to be working intermittently.Overall it was a pleasant experience but I'm quite sad about the irreplaceable broken items.

Charged me 200$ for securing my parcel (an expensive musical instrument) with foam but when its arrived , there was not any foam at all and my musical instrument damaged. they just wrap it in a cover and thats it.the guy there even didnt come forward to talk and just sent one of his staff who didnt know anything about the business , comepletely unproffesional . please go to another center

Amber was very helpful with a relatively tricky package. She went out of her way to ensure it was all packed safely, and helped me ensure the package was sent when I wanted it to leave the depot. Very clear and quick communications. I would use again and if you're wondering whether to use them - the answer is yes.

I could only use email communication and was worried that would result in miscommunications, but they were incredibly helpful and helped me re-pack to ensure I got the items I needed. Moreover, the team was very patient and helped me navigate custom clearance and additional paperwork. They were also really efficient and responsive. Overall a great experience :)
