As a female walking into a full male workshop I felt completely comfortable.The service was fantastic and the man was so kind.He even fixed my puncture in my tyre for free.Would recommend to anyone and definitely will be revisiting for all my future needs for my vehicle.

I have been to Bob epping for quite a few times and feel 100% satisfaction last few times, the staff are very honest when i asked to change all tyres and the tall guy was not rushing to sell the tyres and told me those tyres still alright for a few thousands kilometers and asked me to come back to re assess!However it was really disappointed me today as the guy with long hair ordered the wrong size of tyres for me yesterday, he check my tyres on-site but wrote down the wrong number! and i Could not get my tyres changed today! And i am driving to Sydney the day after tomorrow! Although the tall guy (sorry i did not know their names) apologized and checked my tyres and said they should be fine for traveling to Sydney! But it is still waste my time and got nothing done!

Joseph and the team not only do a great job with all things tyres and sourcing the best bang for your buck deals but also have great customer service and show genuine respect to each customer. Top points to Michael for his efforts on getting some very hard to get rubber for a car enthusiast with a small but very fast toy. I wanted to get new wheels as well but after he spent at least a couple of hours talking to suppliers sadly the beast is not able to without obtaining additional original rims. Thanks AMG.... *rolls eyes* Service was fantastic and performed well within time stated. Thanks guys.

Had slow leak and puncture on my cars, get repaired quickly with free charge. Set up AT tyres including spare one with my 4wd recently. All professional services by friendly staffs. Happy with the tyres provided as well. Well done!

Tried to take advantage of the fact I am a young woman by quoting $300 for a wheel alignment, despite their website saying $69 is the cost. Of course I went somewhere else and got it done for $65. I would encourage all women and people who know a woman to stay away from this shop. They also overcharged me on the 2 tyres i bought - I got the second set much cheaper at a competitor.

Had new tyres fitted at Bob Jane Epping this week and cannot speak highly enough of the service received from Zia. From the moment I went in last week to enquire about new tyres, to going in and having them fitted, her knowledge and customer service was very professional. It was nice on both occasions to be greeted and made feel so welcomed by her. Highly recommend.

Was going well until I discovered an extra chip on my wheel. They failed to acknowledge that the damage was from them even though I had before and after pictures. The chip could have been from during the fitting of the tyres or from accidentally hitting the wheel at some other point. As seen from photos, the circle is an old chip, and the arrow is the new chip (or location of the new chip). I was just disappointed that they put the blame on me. There were also some small scratches in the paint of the wheel, but they weren't too noticeable. Overall, if you got expensive wheels, this is probably not the place to go to. If you don't care about getting marks on your wheels, then go ahead
