Took my Triumph Speed Triple in for its major service and some new rubber, the guys at Sydney Motorcycle Wizards were great, although it ended up being more work than I expected Michael was very transparent about the work that was done and kept me updated with progress photos on each step of the way. Both he and Eugene are passionate about motorcycles and it shows. The difference between them and the previous bike workshop I had taken the bike to were astounding. I’ll definitely be bringing the bike back for any future mechanical work.

I was riding past Sydney Motorcycle Wizard today, and remembering my chain was dry decided to ask if I could borrow some lube to apply myself...20 minutes later and not only has Eugene lubed my chain but he's loosened it (I'd misread the service manual and overtighened) and diagnosed the ticking/slapping sound while running that another Mechanic couldn't.He also initially refused payment, saying he'd add it to the bill if I came back to get my engine tick sorted.Needless to say I'm blown away, it's astounding that there are people and bike shops like this that really do care about riders.Clearly there is a reason these guys are so highly rated, I'll be returning and will tell anyone who will listen how awesome the Sydney Motorcycle Wizard crew is - thanks again Eugene!!!

being very new to owning a scooter - it would have been very easy for Michael and the team to take me for a ride (pun attended) re what work needed to be done to my scooter.However they were completely the opposite, with in detail photos and videos of what needed to be fixed and more importantly what could go without fixing immediately was really helpful.Very happy i went here and will be using them as my local mechanics moving forward

Exceptional servicing experience, both Michal and Eugene were professional and super helpful with me and gave me tips on how to look after my 2011 Honda CB400 for many more years. Since just purchasing the bike, the did a standard service, replaced the rear tyre and also adjusted my handlebars. I will definitely be going back!

Where to start - well, I cannot recommend this workshop enough!Both Eugene and Michael have gone above and beyond to look after me and my bike (DR650). I try and do as much maintenance on my bike myself, but like getting a professional on the case from time to time so that I am sure nothing is getting missed.When I first stopped by the workshop, they took the time to take a quick look over my bike and highlighted a few things that I didn't notice, and needed attention. I was able to book it in for the service a few days later, they were flexible, and had good communication with costs and setting general expectations.In the end they did an awesome job and I have since had them help me with a little more work. They are professional, friendly, and pro-active in offering advice and support.Thank you guys, I will be back for sure :)

Had my Honda NC750 serviced and the guys did a fantastic job! Michal kept me in the loop and sent pictures of everything that was done and pointed out some issues that definitely needed fixing. Couldn’t be happier with how bike runs now, feels like brand new. Will be back!!

I brought my Kawasaki Z900RS in for a 36k service and to replace front brake pads. Michal communicated clearly and was happy to answer any questions. I appreciate the fact that he took photos and highlighted any areas of concern. The pricing was very reasonable indeed. The bike is running beautifully and I am very happy with my experience.
