My family ordered a lunch today at the Sugarbush coffee in Childers. It has nice street front presentation. The prices were quite good so we ordered a burger, 2 fish-and-chips, and ice coffee drinks. The burger was served first, and was nice and large, so were the ice coffees. We were expecting that the fish and chips would come with similar quality. After waiting for quite a while, the fish and chips were finally served. It was quite a thin slice of fish fillet and some under cooked chips. As we took the first bite, we immediately lost appetite. It was so dry and tasteless. I managed to finish most of it as I was really hungry, but my wife barely took further bites. It was one of the worst fish and chips I have ever had! Good prices, and the other dishes seemed decent. But if you dine in this shop, just forget about the fish and chips!

Excellent food for a very reasonable price. I had a lovely salad which was really fresh and tastey. Hubby had a chicken burger with the lot and said it was outstanding.Good old fashioned service, and an old fashioned look as well. But at least it isn't pretentious and over priced like the other coffee shops nearby.

Fantastic service, Staff so friendly and helpful. Separated gluten free fryer. I am celiac the Staff was amazing .I will differently be going back.

What an amazing place. The staff are super friendly. Prices are very reasonable. The food is absolutely amazing. Burger, chips and gravy, and a milkshake, was like a trip back to the 80's.Top work. Highly recommended this place.

Loved this little gem, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Have to say best gluten free salad sandwich I’ve ever had! Loaded with yummy fresh ingredients. Good coffee and milk shakes too. Thx for a wonderful experience
