Chai and Charles are both very attentive to each child but at the same time push them well beyond what is comfortable for them, which is why they get such great results.

Unfriendly and unnecessary rude in her treatment with the children.Being strict doesn’t mean mistreating the kids.Kids need to be respected as a human beings, they are still kids and no robots.
