The only place I got for my pedi’s, the ladies are really great and get you sorted efficiently without rushing the treatment. Never been disappointed with the work they do here :)

Absolutely lovely service. I would highly recommend this gorgeous shop! I walked In with not so good looking nails , then walked out with Absolute stunning nails. x

Charged me $110 for a full set of short arcrylics and painted toe nails no pedicure! I literally pay less than that with a pedicure. Asked for my money back & was told to send photos to a phone number that doesn’t even work!

i asked for french tips and the lady quoted me $50. while the nails were being done, there was glue all over my fingers fromthe girl and she didn’t ask me what length i wanted. when she began painting my nails and putting in the heater my hand was burning from the glue. at the end of it, i didn’t even get french tip and they charged me $70for a really bad job. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Paid $90 to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. Even though it was so quiet, they had two people working on my nails at the same time (there were technicians still walking around it was so quiet). The lady completing my manicure was clearly rushing extremely fast and not focusing on the manicure. I walked out and noticed I had already small gaps from the beginning of my nail bed as if my nails had grown within the hour! By Thursday, I already had chipping on four finger nails. Now on Sunday (today) I have two finger nails peeled and four nails with chipping, so six nails damaged in total. I have had shellac before and it should last a minimum of two - three weeks before I get chips so it is clearly a poor job completed. Such a shame as it was a treat to myself for Christmas! Will not return again nor recommend to others.

Got a new set of acrylics and when asking questions about them i got rude and short responses. Was told a price at the start when telling them what i would like and price went up 10$ after they had been done. I got blue french tip and i asked for a light pink under colour and that was not given so can really tell they're false, as well as only getting one finishing coat, one hand wasn't filed after the gel polish had dried and no drill the clean up the cuticle. Very unprofessional and was a rushed job.

my wife went here first time for manicure pedicure. because she does not speak english well, she was not given proper cleansing and scrub treatment. the technician only cleaned the nail cuticle and applied nail paint. this occurred despite the old man that works there advising the $70 manicure pedicure includes all these services.

I paid 90$ for shellac manicure and pedicure polish. The lady who did mine was rushing and she didn’t even complete the full process of pedicure . Cuticle was not cleaned properly in my fingers and I had to tell her for each and every finger to redo it. I asked for a round nails and it was not proper round and when asked she’s saying my nails are short and it will come like that only . Very worst experience. I usually don’t give bad reviews but people should be aware of their service . I should have trusted the bad reviews . Definitely not worth the 90$ I spent .

For what they do, it's overpriced. The woman charged 60 for the worst job. I usually go to M Nails at Sunnybank, and they do an amazing job for the same price. Only went here to kill time, and I thought really how bad can they be. Well, really, actually quite bad. Not even worth 10 dollars. Uneven, splotchy, just overall terrible. While there, they were arguing with other customers who also seemed unimpressed with their work.

I have been this shop twice and disappointed.Nail paint worn off with 24 hours. I rang this time and complaint about it and she said she can do it now or cannot do t and hang up.Very disappointed and never ever go again.Very poor service.
