Rainbow Nails

Well I was quoted $60 for gel nails and $30 for a pedi. I walked out of there with a nice set of nails and the Pedi was good but the price had changed. The total cost was now $110. I did complain but they said 'new set of nails...' well when I rang I told them I wanted a set of acrylic nails and Pedi. I just checked up on the internet and found some cheaper prices . Also a full set of acrylics at Lorna's is $50. So considering everything I must say I did enjoy the pedi but not happy about the cost. They have lost me as a satisfied customer.

Dreadful. I went for a basic manicure - just nail shaping and tidying cuticles, no polish/acrylic nails to remove. The girl used an electric file (the one they use to remove acrylic nails, etc) on the top of my nails which are now thin and breaking as they grow out and they look horrible. Don't use this salon.

4 of us girls came and got our nails done today and one of the ladies was really rude to one of the other girls. We understand they are really busy but some of us have parts of our nails that aren't painted at all and they aren't filed all in the same shape for example i asked for coffin and i got square and one that is in the shape of coffin. On the other hand I usually get the guy that works there and I truly recommend him, he is amazing and so lovely too.

Friendly and fast working staff. Good quality acrylics that last! I would definitely recommend coming here for acrylics. I have no complaints.

I know it's a busy time of year but kept accepting more customers. Did not say no to anyone that came in even though they were flat OUT.Did a dodgy job of nails.Will not go back.

Absolutely never coming back. Staff were rude when I told them what I wanted. Argued with me and gave me the complete opposite to what I wanted. Staff also would not stop making rude comments about me in their own language. I am a bilingual and was able to understand every word they mentioned. I am stunned at all the words they were talking about their customers.Made my hand bleed several times, even when I told them the drill hurt they kept going and told me to leave for being weak. They they CHARGED ME DOUBLE than what I needed to pay. i DO NOT recommend going here. Worst Nail Salon I have ever been to, especially surrounding hygiene and customer service.

I have been happily returning to Rainbow Nails for almost 10 years now. They will always make an effort to fit you in and their standard Opi toenail polish pedi lasts for up to 3 weeks if you are careful. They offer a variety of nail techniques and try their best to keep their customers happy. Great prices and quick service.

I visited this salon on Sunday and asked for an acrylic manicure, the nail technician did not use proper technique for acrylic nails and only applied the fake tip with a gel polish over the top. It is now Monday and the nail polish is chipped and each nail is a completely different shape and size (even straight after the appointment). While i was getting them done they were sending customers away who had already been told to leave prior to my appointment. The paint job on the nail is not evenly distributed and excess was left on the surrounding area of my hand, some of the nail polish did not even cover the entire nail.

Oh my god. The worst pedicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had my nails done every month for years. Had to get them done there due to it being right there when I was going shopping and the products they use are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Disgusting. Filthy, poor hygiene and rough on your feet I wouldn’t want them to even touch my feet again let alone my hands!
