Van Master Repairs
A big shout out to Paul, Jacob and team at Van Master Repairs booked in for 90k service. Service was carried out to the manufacturer schedule. A problem was found almost immediately l was informed and it was explained to me that the seals in the Clutch Master Cylinder had failed and it needed replacing. They then replaced the Clutch Master Cylinder, flushed the system and everything is good to go. Can not recommend these guy's highly enough, price very reasonable and let us have a Van to drive around in while servicing and repairing our Motorhome. 10 out of 10 to you guys.

I recently had my sprinter prepared for an engineers report and full testing over the pits. Paul ,Jacob and the team at vanmasters went above and beyond to help me and see that my van 100% perfect. I just moved back to wa from Nsw so I was absolutely delighted to find these guys . Pure professional and thorough service that will give you peace of mind with your vehicle.

Paul & his team do awesome work. After having all repairs and servicing done to my motorhome with them for over 3 years I find their knowledge and experience with european vans to be amazing.Although often busy they do their best to squeeze in urgent work for travellers or Pilots that need to get their commercial vehicles back on the road fast.Thankyou for your amazing dedication and work.

If I could give 0 stars I’d give 0 stars. Took my van for a repair, was never given a quote or had job discussed with me. Charged me an arm and a leg and still was not fixed. Paul said they would fix it, again no quote on what it would cost and they went ahead again without discussing anything with me. Then when I complained about this, he had the audacity to tell me he had given me a discount. Nothing was ever discussed with or approved by me. Took my van elsewhere for the repair and its issue has been fixed. I have dealt with some shady characters in my life but Paul tops it. I hope anyone reading this really considers the 1 star reviews.

Van masters gets a one star from me. I expect a 3 week wait from Paul (the boss) to respond to this review as he will probably reply with a generic “we sincerely apologise for everything, please give us a call…” so the public see it. This person is a dishonest con-artist - terrible service and dodgy tactics, be careful of Paul (the owner). Shop elsewhere you’ll get better service and a cheaper more genuine workshop.
