We can not thank Kylie and Tamika at Petbarn Bundall enough they are the best in the business at dog grooming and we wouldn't take our little Lenny anywhere else. He looks amazing and they love him like he is there own.

I strongly recommend this Pet Shop, the staff it is super professional and friendly. I believe her name was Tracey, she was very emphatic. I will come back for sure.

I must say, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of customer service, or shall I say lack there of, from the staff member with the name badge ‘Jodie’.I have been taking my small dog to this groomer every fortnight for a number of years now and when I went into the store to enquire why no one had returned my calls regarding an appointment, ‘Jodie’ was so rude and abrupt, and literally spoke to me as though all her cats had died in one day!!!Shame on you Jodie. If this is how you treat a long time customer, you clearly need further customer service training, or possibly a new position away from the community.On the other hand, the staff member with the name tag ‘Linda’ was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Pet Bran, you need more staff like Linda!

Sad to make a complaint. Ive been shopping at petbarn for quiet sometime, the state of affairs that managements have driven great groomers away. And ashame to loose such a great asset to the business. And i wont be buying anything from pet barn again.

One of the best petbarns on the coast. They have better fishes (variety). Excellent service and customer staff are always friendly.

Staff nice but Compare prices. Not always cheap. Was buying a dog lead and the same exact one was cheaper across the road at Bernies. Bernie's staff even gave us a little training on how to walk our dog a d fit the lead properly.

This is one of the best Petbarn stores on the Gold Coast. It is large with everything you need for your pet. Stock is always available and the staff are fantastic and knowledgeable.
