Pinkenba workshop would have to be one of the most professional workshops I've ever been through, friendly staff doing quality work. Anyone posting 1 star reviews need to be more specific, because I doubt they're talking about this glorious place.*And in reference to another review, I wouldn't get diesel mechanics to fix your talking dollies either.

I wouldn't get them to fix My Talking Barbie'. If you have purchased a vehicle from Scania Aust., ensure you keep a concise record of All faults and repairs made to your vehicle particularly by Scania. Check if they have installed new parts or used parts. The staff are well versed in deception or they are complete imbeciles. Scania Aust. MUST condone this behaviour, anything to save money. Take extreme care when applying for a service agreement. Another reviewer said service and parts are expensive"....very expensive."

Excellent service. I was back on the road within an hour of the serviceman arriving to where I was broken down. What had happened was I lost a alternator belt courses by seized pulley which was obviously missed when it went for road worthy. I have only had the truck two weeks.
