Helen has listening hands. She gave me a superb massage, finding where in my body attention was needed, and sensitively providing it. An accident led to my arriving late, and she was generous with her time. Highly recommended. Thank you, Helen.

Highly recommend Massage One Therapy. Lovely welcoming clinic located in Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches . Helen's expertise in Remedial Massage has really helped my sports injury and the clinics infra-red sauna was a perfect way to finish off my session! A very healing and relaxing experience. Sore shoulders, back, hips, ankle, arm Helen has to be your go to massage therapist.Not only is she warm,kind, knows how to have a good laugh Helen is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable in her field.I have being to PLENTY of massage therapists over the years and NO one has come close to Helen.She knows her stuff, there is no mucking around you tell her the problem she gets straight into.Helen never makes you feel obligated to come back time and time again.I can't speak highly enough of Helen

I have been seeing Helen for 6 years now and she is incredible!! Best massage therapist I have ever been to. Always gives a great deep tissue massage and remembers your favourite spots! Highly recommend!!!!
