i have applied for alot of jobs through this company i am fully qualified in the fields that are looking for and yet i have been told on several occassions iam not qualified or not successful but then i see the same job advertised on seek a month later looking for the same thing. I honestly believe its an age factor with this company, iam a mature age adult and i think its disgusting that this company overlooks mature age people who are fully qualified within the fields that this company is looking for .

Ridiculously long process. I wasted 5 hours on my day off doing the online induction, policy and procedures and still wasn’t done. I gave up. HR staff and managers were great to deal with however. Just too frustrating. I have never experienced this long winded process with other providers.Edmen, you are missing out on employing experienced and great staff due to this! Support workers and carers are in such high demand that they will just go elsewhere

screening and induction modules are not maintained to there highest standard. It has taken me 5 hours to complete these modules in which are policy and procedure based. I have not once gone through such a lengthy unpaid screening process regarding support work recruitment. I believe Edmen should make it a priority to revise their screening process to consolidate to essential modules. After recruitment is successful; paid training based on policy and procedure should than begins. Staff member managing my recruitment was also dismissive and rude.

Absolutely terrible service, dissatisfied regarding application process and feedback.

Save the trouble and sign with someone else. Frustrating experience with these guys. Don't even deserve half a star. Useless!!!

Worst experience.

Have applied for a job with this recruitment agency having carefully read the requirements.Always come back saying they have a high number of applications and I'm not successful yet they always have the same job going.Standard process with a recrutiment agency ,don't even think they take the time properly to read each individual Resume .Dissapointing

Have been trying to contact this company for over 6 months to resolve pay issues. Can not get a return phone call or email.
