Had an awesome time riding the rail trail today! Thanks to the team at Murwillumbah Cycles, super easy to organise a bike rental, helmet, tips, and away we went! I’m not a regular rider and was surprised how helpful the setup was, friendly and professional. Highly recommend chatting to the team to get you sorted. Thanks for the best day!

Enjoyed the most wonderful family day on the NRRT - made possible with thanks to the crew at Murwillumbah Cycles. Their team assisted us with bike rentals and a shuttle to Crabbes Creek where we began our journey.We travelled with our 4 year old daughter in a child carrier carriage, stopping at many places along the way and making a full day adventure of our bike hire. We rented Premium Cruisers, which were close to brand new and incredibly comfortable.  The team went above and beyond to accommodate & secure our carrier carriage, and checked in with us in the afternoon to make sure everything was going well with our trip.The track is very accessible to all ages and abilities, and was surprisingly well shaded. Signage along the path was also excellent. Taking the shuttle to Crabbes Creek allowed us to cruise at our own pace in the direction of Murwillumbah, and although very flat it felt there was slightly more downhill in this direction making it a really easy cycle with the carrier carriage.Strongly recommend both the bike hire and shuttle service to anyone considering riding the trail! Thanks team.We'll be back!

As a group of 7 adults riding the Northern Rivers Rail Trail we had 2 younger children with us. We booked the one kid-tow bike available. No bike trailers for toddlers were for hire. 8pm the night before, I received a message saying the bike was broken. No apology, no solution. Now that child will need to stay home, plus one of their parents. One hire option for this age group is sadly lacking. Will be organising something else next time that is more reliable.

We rented e-bikes and did the Northern Rivers Rail Trail. What a day. The Rail Trail is outstanding and Murwillumbah Cycles is incredibly convenient at the head of the trail and really friendly and helpful. The Rail Trail and this shop complement each other perfectly. Both are highly recommended.

Thanks to the team, we had a great fun ride.Rosemary was great to deal with, booking us in at late notice, lucky for us they had some bikes available, Specialized mountain bikes, great condition everything worked.Lots of help with getting the bikes set up and lots of info about the track .Highly recommend to anyone at any skills level . Thanks to the team, will highly recommend the shop, the rail track ride and the experience.

I was easily able to organise a bike box from this bike shop to catch a bus after experiencing the Northern Rivers Rail Trail. Helpfully this bike shop is located at the old railway station, which where the bus stop is and also the start of the rail trail.

Amazing setup for cyclists. At the mouth of the new Northern Rivers Rail Trail. We got a bike and dog trailer hire that allowed our family to stay together including the doggies. Great bike shop and staff and coffee inside

What an awesome shop with just the best owners. They were so helpful helping us at the shop, giving advice etc. One of our kids got a flat tyre on the trail, and both Jeff and Rachel came to our rescue even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. They picked us up and our bikes and dropped us off at the cycle shop. They kept the bikes overnight as unfortunately we discovered we had lost our car keys somewhere along the trail. Nothing was to difficult for them and we so appreciated their help. We will support them for all our bicycle needs in the future. There really still are some amazing and caring people in this world.
