Highly recommend muss and his team. I've been there for everything happened with my car over the last 2 years also went there for a full service since they had been so good. Love the customer service and professional services they are super communicative, explaining what needed to be done. They are always able to help you even if I don't have to much knowledge about cars. thanks guys for everything.

I wouldn’t usually write a review like this however the service I have received from Harry at mycar Broadway has been 1 in a million. He has made me feel valued and showed genuine care rather than feeling like just another casual customer. I had a few issues at another branch unfortunately (FYI: nothing against any of the mycar branches but a previous worker there who was laid off), so Harry got in touch with me direct, booked a service in for me right away and made sure everything was carefully taken care of. I would also like to add a special mention to Marco who greeted me and answered all of my questions when I arrived for the service. Very professional, efficient and I am finally happy with a mechanic. Very relieved and can trust that my car will be taken care of now and in the future. Thank you!

I'd never used anyone other than VW to service my cars however when VW started charging over 30% more for service compared to mycar I decided to change over. I delivered the car at 8am and was welcomed by a person ready to help and also have a chat which is not something the 'customer liaison' people at VW are willing to do. I had my 30k service completed as well as a wheel alignment which was again competitively priced. The car was ready at midday. They kindly cleaned the wheels and dressed the tyres. I then discovered I had lost my ticket to exit the carpark, they gave me new ticket and got me on my way. The service there is genuine, prompt and delivered with care. Great work. Excellent work.

Great experience from My Car Broadway team! Mus has been very helpful! I sent my car to get it serviced and they were very professional and told me my tyres’ problems and I changed 4 new ones according to their suggestion. I bought the car from the dealer but they lied to me and said the tyres were new, but My Car team found out the tyres were 10 years old already and full of cracks. Mus showed me the problems and gave me good advice. I really appreciate the help! Definitely recommend it!!!

I screwed up and put way too much oil in my Audi.After getting the car towed to MyCar. They took the car and had it back in perfect condition within 24 hours. They could have charged a fortune but didn't. They did the right thing and charged a service only.5 out of 5 for being decent good people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.THANK YOU GUYS: HEROES all.

The people here are so kind and understand the customer’s needs so well. I unknowingly came when they were about to close, but they still kindly offered their services despite knowing they may possibly finish the job past closing. I appreciate all the help. This place has exceptional customer service and I will definitely come again to fix my tires.

Rather than going to the dealership for new rear pads/discs I phoned the guys at Broadway, they were able to fit me in the next day. There was no BS, just straightforward advice and replacement of the brakes. The best part is they were at least 1/3 of the cost of the dealership. I know where my Audi is going next time.
