Honestly the BEST service!! I've tried so many pest control services but the pests would always come back after a few weeks. Wally has changed my view of pest control being all the same. He was prompt, he explained exactly how the bugs were getting in without me having to explain it to him, he had tailored chemicals for each situation and he even had a back up plan in place incase they came which it didn't. I didn't have to call him back like all the others. You can tell by the way he talks that he is genuinely doing everything that is in your best interest. He doesn't cut corners with cheaper alternatives or using the same generic stuff. Thanks for your awesome service!

Wally came to do our pest control. He was extremely friendly and professional. We had a problem with fruit flies, cockroaches and other pests, he was able to exterminate them and they haven’t come back since. Thank you for the great/professional service mate, I called Wally at 11.30pm thinking he was not going to answer he did! I had a bad cockroach and spider infestation from a unit. I live in a busy suburban area and recently had building built around my unit block and had an infestation of cockroaches and spiders move in, i heard from family how fantastic Wally is and how instant results are i can’t recommend Wally and the team at ANPC enough. Called Wally at 11pm on Saturday night for his urgent help to remove a huntsman on my daughter's bedroom closet. Without delay Wally came over (note that it was a quite a distance, other businesses I called were either closed or will arrive in 4 hours the earliest. Only Wally whom was very kind to visit right away). Wally has successfully exterminated the spider. His work was speedy, clean and no fuss. He charged fair amount of fee for Saturday night urgent service. He even sprayed spider repellent chemical around the balcony doors and happily shared educational information about spiders. Wally was very friendly yet professional, and his service was above expectation. I am very happy and will recommend Wally to everyone.
