Exquisite Brows & Spa Warringah

Would give 0 stars if possible. The past few months every time I have gone to go there it is closed (this has happened at many different times during the day) even though it says the store is open on the website. I haven’t been in a while but decided to go there today and to my surprise it was open. Inside the store it was completely empty and the one worker who was there told me to come back in 15 minutes even though she was just talking on the phone and had no customers around her. The service has always been extremely bad and the workers are very rude and barely engage with you and make you feel like you’re annoying them by being there. I definitely won’t come back

I always has an amazing experience with my eyelashes extensions and with my eyebrows threading ! The customer service is outstanding , Anjali always goes above and beyond customer service , very helpful , patient and friendly . Thank you !

Amazing service. I was a bit skeptical at first but ended up loving my lash lift . Never did i ever think it ll stay but in fact it did . Manpreet was super easy with my questions and made me comfortable as it was my first time . Nicely priced as well . I highly recommend asking for Manpreet when you walk in . :)

This one just seemed off from the beginning. But the problem was that after paying $70 for the lift I walked out feeling rushed and as if the tech had somewhere to be. The chemicals used were still all over my face and eyelashes, and the colour of my lashes is much lighter than when I went in, it looks like they have been bleached and they aren’t even straight, they are crossing over all over the place. My skin is all red and puffy and my eyes hurt still, about 10 hours after the service. I am extremely disappointed and will be going back to demand a refund tomorrow.

Don’t get your brows tinted here. I asked to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted here today, the lady had a bit of an attitude towards me. I have naturally thick eyebrows and she was done threading them in such a short amount of time. My brows clearly needed trimming and she couldn’t even do that for me. The tinting was awful she made them so thick it looks so bad. Now I have people staring at me everywhere I go because of my eyebrows. Do not get your brows done here it’s not worth it. This place should be shut down.

Ladies were patient & accomodating. I took my friend who has a disability and they allowed me to stand right next to the chair and support her through her treatment.Thank you

Avoid here at all costs, sincerely not recommend! Otherwise you ll end up regret it for months!

Very lovely experience! My lash lift looks great and had a very relaxing time. The lady who looked after me was lovely. Will definitely be coming back!
