Quite possibly the worst massage I've had.

Neck, back and shoulders with hot stones was amazing!Customer service was welcoming, place itself very relaxing and quiet compared to the other one.Me and my partner had a great experience, definitely will be going back.

I went to Silk on 2 May for a remedial massage. I communicated that I would like the massage to focus on an injured shoulder and lower back. I had to ask the therapist twice to focus on my shoulder. I left with the same pain in my shoulder but a leg and head massage I didn’t ask for. So disappointed. Please also don’t offer and advertise remedial massages when it’s pressure point focused and not deep tissue.

Had a woman massage today sure she never done before.. dug elbows badly needs to be trained……

Presentation - 4/5(newly built, clean, hygenic)Pressure points - 4/5(Omg perfect muscle and nervous system decompression)Hot stones - 3/5(Bit hot at first, then swapped to hands and barely used)Relaxation - 3/5(Noisy next to Kmart as expected, and glass wall didn’t absorb much. A late night or different time sesh might have been better)Communication - 4/5Bring your patience during booking + peak times to navigate language. But the hosts are otherwise incredibly welcoming and responsive to suggestions/feedback.
