I’m reposting this review after a second thought. After wasting 8 months of our time , and thousands of dollars , I personally believe this review should be written. So Bruce , if you are reading this , you know where I’m coming from. You texted my wife after the first review saying your job was just to sell the property, which I understand, it’s right. You promised 4 months the house will be built, which you argued it’s not your fault that the builder (Goldnest Construction) was not delivering . Which I understand , but I told you from the beginning before there’s something wrong with them, and what did you do , you assured that they were fine ,even bringing me to see them. After all the red flag I told you from the beginning, so you know what’s going on and need to held responsibility. Not only just about selling sometimes, if you know your client house is problematic or with potential problem , do you still sell as it’s a good property ? Not your fault , it’s the buyer fault? After aliasing with them, many unethical method was used. So don’t said you try to help us at the beginning, we don’t need your help by losing time and money. I’ll take my side of responsibility by wasting my own time and money, and you’ll take the responsibility of having this bad review.

Falsely advertise many properties on Facebook. Agent I dealt with was very rude and blocked me on Facebook once I called them out on her false advertising.
