Mel's cakes are phenomenal. Every time StarBrina & I are at a wedding expo together, we get to eat her yummy cupcakes (just the best!). She even packs us a little box for us to take home. We have performed at multiple weddings with her cakes there & they're always amazing & super tasty! Can't recommend her services enough :-D

Cupcakes were gorgeous as well as delicious. We ordered two very different themes for twins bday, a colourful mix of Mud choc and White choc rasberry flavours that were very yummy.

Fantastic little gem of a cake shop. Cake pops were a huge hit with my three kids. Biscoff cupcake and Nutella cupcake were delicious with a yummy moist sponge and a great tasting icing. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will be booking cakes in the future and dropping in for some yummyness.

A friend had the most incredible tasting cake at her wedding several years ago, and I made a point of asking her where it was from when I was planning my own wedding this year - the memory of it stuck with me for that long!We chose to do a small cake with cupcakes for our wedding cake, decorated to match our snowy wintry wedding, and the team at The Cake Stop nailed the brief. It looked beautiful, matched our colours perfectly, and tasted amazing. I had so many compliments from guests!I regularly stop in to get a cupcake from The Cake Stop now because they are just so tasty.

I recently ordered a customized cake for my sons 2nd birthday from The Cake Stop. Jo looked after me and did a great job. I was blown away by how beautiful and detailed the succulents were made, and adding the final touches of the meringue and macarons. The vanilla sponge was exquisite and tasted heavenly. Thank you Jo and the team for a job well done.

We had the most beautiful looking cake I could’ve ever imagined. They definitely nailed what I was after. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although the cake looked beautiful it tasted extremely dry, the buttercream was so yum but the cake it self was way to dry and just simply didn’t taste like a chocolate mud cake. When I picked up the cake I was told to leave the cake out of the fridge which is what I did. I also purchased 2 cake pops a red velvet and a vanilla! The red velvet tasted nothing like red velvet and was also dry. The vanilla cake pop tho was wonderful! Amazing!! Possibly the only reason I’d give the cake stop another chance. If I return in the future I will stick to vanilla cake as the cake pop was so moist and delicious! I loved the design and over all look of the cake and for that I’d recommend but I would worn it could possibly be a hit n miss when it comes to taste and how moist or dry it is.

Friendly customer service & super delicious products! The Cake Stop make it difficult to choose between a slice of fudge, cake pop, cookie or cupcake to go along with one's coffee to go because they all look and taste so delicious! Birthday cakes from The Cake Stop are always a hit too ♡♡♡
