Bought 2 of the mice and rat plug in units last year. So far I have had no reduction in mice or rats. Photo taken this week when I moved my toaster which is placed next to a unit! 6/6/23 Thanks for response Pestrol team.The settings are correct. I am sitting here listening to the rats in my ceiling. As the units aren’t working what does the warranty cover. I think a refund is in order!

I love the Pestrol Rodent Free product. I bought two as I have a large open plan house and I want to make sure that I can get through winter without having to worry about finding droppings or seeing a little creature dart across the room.The technology is so clever. You just plug it in and the high frequency noise keeps the rodents out. No dealing with traps or poisons that might harm my two dogs.I would recommend this product to everyone. I feel my home is more hygienic and I really haven't had to make any effort at all.

Bought an indoor and outdoor fly spray. While the product works great and gets rid of flies as it says, it has on occasion locked into spray mode and completed the entire spray much quicker than it should.I contacted Pestrol to get their thoughts and somehow this is my fault. I asked simply for a replacement spray, nothing special, and response was to yes please try observing again" and then to send a video.I have better things to do than lie to some company to get some fly spray. They could check my purchase date and do the math...Anyways

Due to incredibly lazy neighbours, we often end up with rats in our home, I have tried similar products before, but, they just didn't work. Even with traps and baits, which I hate using, I couldn't get rid of them. I can honestly say, that within a couple of days of using the Pestrol plug ins, we haven't seen any activity at all. I bought 3, so that our home was properly protected and they're working wonders, give it a go, I'm sure you'll be impressed.

Mighty Outdoor Mosquito TrapThis mosquito trap does exactly what it is described as doing.I have since turned off my electrical zapping units with the Pestrol unit now providing us with a mosquito free ring around our house and outdoor area-to note our dog is extremely happy as well.

Purchased the Pestrol rodent free on the recommendation of our electrician who had been using it successfully for 12 months. There was a smell of urine in our bathroom most mornings which we suspected were rat(s) in the roof. After a couple of weeks with no change the rodent free began doing its job and we've had no further smells or signs of rodent a activity for a couple of months. Easy to use, we recommend the product. Company were very efficient and easy to work with.

We have been using Pestrol products for many years now and recently, after many years, the outdoor unit broke (actually I dropped it) and needed replacing, so we decided to replace both the outdoor unit and the indoor unit as they were both a bit long in the tooth. I ordered them, surprised at the cheap offer price, and they were dispatched very quickly and we did not have to put up with the Nasty flying things for very long at all.
