Fiona and the therapist at LaLa have gone above and beyond for my children for the past 7+ years. They are amazing to deal with and so easy to chat to with a wealth of knowledge, Fi picked up on two of my son's ties which was over looked by various others two being a lacation consultant's when my youngest was born and not latching properly.Highly recommend waitting to get appointments you wont be disapointed.

Absolutely deplorable manager (Fiona)... I called to speak to her to query why I had money deducted from my bank account months after attending the practice. She was immediately defensive and claimed I had made these appointments even though I hadn't attended in months? When I asked to speak to someone else regarding the matter she told me there was no one else other than her and that I would not be receiving a refund and then she hung up on me.... Yes, hung up on me.....Never have I ever experienced such deplorable and unprofessional service in my life.... I think she needs a big lesson on customer service....

We saw Chelsea with our 6 week old (months ago now!) And she helped organise a fairly big tie release. We pretty much instantly had a new baby! She was feeding and gaining weight so much better and overall just happier. It wasnt cheap but now our daughter wont have issues later on in life. Thank you Chelsea. If you're hesitant at least get a consult.
