Worst! The staff in the used car department is being dishonest, rude and conceals, lying about car conditions, and the worst is, when we found out he's lying to us, he was so angry and refused to sell it to us. do you dare to buy an used car if without honest?

Just had a horrible experience with Berwick Jeep ServiceOn my brand new car. My car is due for its 1000 km checkup. I rang them and spoke to the service lady at 9:30 am and asked how long it would take. She informed me one and a half hours I said great I’ll come over now. When I arrived at 10am the same person said that that I will need to wait until 2pm (4Hours!!)I rang her at 9:30 am why didn’t she inform me at that point that it would be four hours!! I then asked for a new appointment and was told that there’s not anything available with a loan car until 14 June. What a joke I will be getting my car serviced at another Jeep dealer and steering clear of Berwick cheap they are hopeless. I wish I had of read the reviews on here and I wouldn’t have bothered with them in the first place. It seems that their poor performance and total disregard for customer service is very consistent.

I wont say I don’t recommend this dealer, though i will say what went wrong, I have a couple reasons why I didn't have a good experience, and it’s mostly about customer service . I bought a Chrysler 300c about 4 months ago now and only just found out that the car has been in a accident that wasn’t disclaimed when I bought the car, I also found a hole in the carpet underneath the floor mat, I figured all that out when I went to get the mirrors resprayed black, the painter showed me a hexagon spray job down the rear door and rear panel, then the rear bumper isn’t even the same black as the car, which either means they’ve all been resprayed or replaced, and by the looks of it the headlight has been changed to one that has a slight difference in colour .There was also a wood panel on the dash that was sticking out because of a few clips that needed replacing and the light above the rear number plate that kept falling out, they told me before I put the down payment on the car that they’d all be fixed, after I payed the full amount they brought me the car with none of them fixed .Another reason is since im 20 and they probably didn’t think I had any money to purchase one of their cars, which I could understand though they could’ve gone about it better, they didn’t take me seriously, i wanted a estimated price on my ford Falcon so I could sell it on marketplace, they said they wouldn’t even give me $500 for it and that it was a just ****, I ignored that and went to go look at the Chrysler, the salesmen let me to take it for a test drive and it was great, ran really well, so I ended up buying it for the asking price 40k and no less, because the salesmen said they’d lose their job if they went any lower, anyways my dad took me to pick the car up on the day it was ready, the salesmen told him that he looked after me with the price .. no he didn’t .. I called him out saying he told me that he’d lose his job .. then he quickly corrected himself like he didn’t just say that ..Their cars run well, though customer service and condition of the cars can definitely improve, I love my car even though it has its damage, I’m happy that it hasn’t left me stranded in a ditch .. not happy that they didn’t tell me about the damage on the car .

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wanted to speak to the service department regarding a warranty that I may or may not be able to claim because it just expired, eventhough I've been experiencing the issue prior to the expiration. I was asked to speak to James from the service department. I don't think he knows what politeness is. From the moment I approached him, he was very hostile, had no respect, didn't even smile and literally every word from his mouth was extremely rude. His exact words were So what do you want me to do??? Get your mechanic to fix it". It would have been OK if he simply told me sorry there's nothing much I can do about it. But he had no right to talk to someone that way. And then just before I left he said "We are not taking in any new customers at the moment anyway". That was my first experience with a Jeep dealership and James is a disgrace to the company and I'm sure a reason why Berwick Jeep and Jeep as a company would lose customers."

Stay away from the service department !!! They are wasting your time!!!I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from them in 2020 and had a very happy experience with the sales team, so I though I should go to the same dealer for service. However......1. 1,000 km vehicle check. I was told it's a very quick check so I decided to wait there. My car was brought in at 9:30 and the paperwork showed my car was finished at 10:30. But the staff totally forgot me and let me wait there for more than 3 hours.2. 12,000 km service. Everything seemed good. Paid $399 capped price for the service as they advertised when I bought the car.3. 24,000 km service. Arrived there on time, but was told my car was not on their job list. I showed the confirmation email so they agreed to do it on the same day.I received a call at 3:30pm saying my car was ready for pick up. I arrived at 4:30pm but my car was still not ready.I was charged $100 more than my last service, but they insisted it's already the capped price.I asked have they done the service book as I forgot to take it out in the morning. The staff was very confident saying he had done it by himself. However, the service book was still empty.The Aux Battery in my Jeep was faulty and the staff told me they will replace it under warranty, it would take about 6 weeks as they order it directly from the US. After 2 months, I didn't hear anything from them so I called them to check. However, they had no record in their system at all and told me someone will contact me. In the past 4 weeks, I have made a couple of phone calls to them and every time I have to repeat the story. Every time they said someone in charge will contact me, but no one contact me at all!

Went to get my Jeep serviced today (Feb 8) after booking online on January 21 and receiving a confirmation email that Berwick Chrysler Jeep Dodge had received my booking. To arrive and be told that firstly that they don't have an online booking system, then that their online booking system hasn't worked very well so they don't get bookings from it and haven't received my booking. Then after 30mins stood both waiting for someone to talk to me in the first place and then trying to figure out where my booking is I was told they would be able service my car on March 13!!!! Very poor service and will never come back!!For the record I have recently moved to the area and the Jeep service centre in the area I previously lived in used the same booking system (was their preferred booking method) and I never had a problem and always had great service.
