By far the most knowledgeable store in Australia I've found.Shopping experience is excellent with great friendly staff and amazing prices!Now I've found this place I won't go anywhere else and recommend highly to anyone else.Knowledge is power and knowing products is paramount. Absolutely great range of parts and equipment to take your effort to the next level, the staff are helpful and can answer questions from experience. The pricing is good and I would recommend the shop for beginners to advanced levels.

I have recently moved to the area and at first was a little apprehensive about using a different store as I had used the same one for many years,But any apprehension I had soon diminished.Fran is an absolutely beautiful person and her staff are always awesome.I have done my homework on every product I buy (and always have) and Fran’s prices are mostly much better then everywhere.I’m extremely lucky to have scored such a great store with competitive if not better prices and awesome staff, every visit has been a positive experience, leaving me with excitement for my next visit.

It takes exceptional service & product knowledge for me to go out of my way to leave a positive review, if that doesn’t summarise it enough I’ll also add;These guys are ridiculously knowledgeable about what they sell, not up-selling the most expensive products but selling a fit for purpose product to what you’re trying to achieve/ benefit from.Very very competitive prices & friendly staff. Wish I could give a one off 10 stars for some businesses because this would be one of them.

It was an absolute pleasure instore, the staff taught me everything I needed to know to creat my deepwater culture set up I was able to grab a fantastic grow light, whit the knowledge they gave me and the system they helped me create on just one month I've gone from seed to established plant <3 I can't wait to head back into store to gather supplies to creat an Ebb and Flow system, thanks for the amazing service and quality.
