My medical care was transferred from Dr Ann Buchan to Dr Phillip Barker on her departure from the clinic. Dr Barker has become part of my care team following my surgery for bowel cancer, then chemotherapy and now recovery. Dr Barker has been very thorough in all aspects of my care to ensure I have the right treatment. His knowledge, medical expertise and professionalism is also recognised by his previous colleagues at Queensland Health who are part of my care team. Nurse Mary is wonderful and caring. All the admin staff are helpful and friendly. I wish Dr Barker and his staff a Merry Christmas and a great 2020.

I made an appointment here to get my vaccine, drove 45mins to get to ny appointment and they turned me away because I did not have a medicare card. The form asked if I had one and I said no, maybe they should have told me I wasn't eligible to get my vaccine there. Pretty upset about the situation as everyone should be able to get their vaccine and not be turned away.

Have been going to this clinic for a number of years now and I must say that, although the wait times can be a bit annoying from time to time, I am quite happy with the doctors, nurses and reception staff. Have certainly been to worse medical places that’s for sure.

great service. been going for years. you do have to sometimes wait longer due to emergency appointments, but I have been the one waiting and have been the one with no appointment and have been seen within 10 minutes. If i have a problem, Dr. Barker will make sure to do all testing so I get the right treatment.

Was told my flu vax would be free so i made an appointment to come into town and then after waiting for an hour after the appointment time they tell me there will be a charge. I can not trust any health advice from this practise if they can't keep it together themselves.

I have been going to this surgery for a few years now and have been well looked after from the initial phone call through to my most recent consultation. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Nurses wonderful and the doctors ensure you are listened to and consulted with at every step. I never leave the surgery feeling my health needs have not been well cared. Highly recommend this practice

Terrible doctor! Has misdiagnosed my family on three separate occasions. Told us our baby had rubella when he had a fungal rash, told me I had asthma when I had a chest infection… never going back!In response to your comment below:I’m pretty sure you are breaking all manner of laws by making my full name and private medical information public the way you just have.Insinuating that I am uneducated when you know nothing of my life, goes to show your character and just how insecure you really are!If you had actually reviewed my file, you would see that it was YOU who prescribed me the antibiotics alongside the inhalers that day, (don’t you remember, you threw the piece of paper at me saying ‘and here are your miracle pills’ after I insisted that antibiotics were what I needed.) so essentially you should be put up for review, which I wholeheartedly agree on!Threatening me and disclosing personal information is completely inappropriate, but at least people will get a clear idea of what they have to deal with should they also not be happy with your ‘service’.
