I went into the Chermside Lush store on Saturday desperately needing a shampoo bar. I often get overwhelmed while shopping but Sam was so patient with me and listened to my needs, she even found me a perfume scent that I couldn’t resist! Definitely one of the best Lush experiences I’ve had so far! Thnx Sam!

This store (along with Carindale on the odd occasion I duck out there to grab something at the end of it's stock supply) is the best. Kaylah in particular is friendly and knowledgeable which makes a big difference when going in as an educated customer who is also looking for a balance between that and a little guidance or suggestions for new stuff.

The staff are SO friendly and extremely helpful. I described my skin and hair issues and was guided towards particular products. Very informative and couldn't do enough to help. How have I managed without Lush? Thank you to all the staff at Chermside!

I usually go to the city store after work to get my argan body conditioner but stopped in at Chermside yesterday. Sam helped me choose a bubble bar because I couldn’t decide which one (the usual problem) and also introduced me to some of the new massage bars & gave me some skincare samples. She was so lovely. Will try and get back to this store more often!

This store is great and it’s so nice to see them no longer having to deal with isle booths. It makes the shops smell nice and the colours are magical.This company spreads a great ethic message that I can stand by too and their bath bombs or colourful slices of soap never get missed in a gift bag!Their website is amazing and describes all their products and their ingredients in details.I have never met a Lush employee who is not passionate about this product.We love your products Lush! Well done for leading the way...This store is fabulous and the staff are easy to approach and they are all usually quite knowledgeable about their ranges.Enjoy!Spoil yourself or someone else!!

I am regularly buying their henna block. It gives a beautiful color Just is little inconvenient to apply, but it has great ingredients and makes the hair shiny. In general a great and vegan friendly concept which aims to make healthy body care. They also have plenty of handmade soaps, bath bombs, creams etc.

The Chermside Lush store would have to be amongst my favourites. It has a spacious layout that doesn't feel crowded or cluttered, and the staff are professional and a pleasure to deal with.I visited recently and one staff member Sam (bright green hair and bright personality) assisted me with a skincare consultation as that interested me more than the bath bombs. She had a great knowledge of the products and narrowed them down for me settling on enzymion, which is a hidden gem and has been perfect for my skin.

Myself and my 3 children went into the Chermside store today and met the lovely Oscar. Oscar was so beautiful and kind with my children, even did a special demonstration with the bath bombs and made them feel so welcome and loved. Thank you Oscar, you definitely made our day. The world needs more Oscars <3
