FISHBOWL - Armadale

Great, healthy food. A good alternative to greasy take away food, especially during Melbourne summers when the alternatives are fish and chips, pizzas, burgers (you get my drift?). Similar to the Sydney stores. I'm glad they are open for dinner until 9pm. However, it's a bit more than I would want to pay for lunch. My only criticism is that I cannot phone them to ask questions, and the website ordering does not allow you to remove ingredients and replace them with an alternative (eg I don't want kale and onion, but would prefer to switch it with more of the other ingredients. I also want to know if the wait time will be longer during peak periods? How will I know unless I call them?).Update: they must have read the review below as my order tonight was dripping in dressing. Seriously, an unhealthy amount of dressing. So much that I had to take the salad out of the bowl (leaving behind a heap of dressing), add extra leaves and salad and it was still way too much dressing.

Spent $60 on two large bowls both with extra protein and on a rice/cabbage base.What we came home with was $60 worth of kale and no one at the store informed us that they had run out of rice. They obviously were missing an ingredient and substituted it without letting us know.Fishbowl is a go-to but I’m noticing the shrinkflation. When you pay $30 for a large salad you expect to get what you pay for.

The Grand Opening was fabulous! Amazing music, people and vibes. Food was superb, fresh and healthy. If you are in the area don't miss out!

Love Fishbowl. Fresh and healthy, with great flavours, and lots of menu options to suit all dietary requirements. Quick ordering and quick to service. Not too many seats are available, but takeaway is easy too.

So this is 100% not cost $29. Ordered Miso Salmon and it was without any dressing at all, in the bottom I saw some water. The bowl supposed to be a worm, but it was cold.P.S the delivery took 5 min to my house.

Speedy service, even on a busy day. Always consistently fresh and delicious. Glad you’re finally open in the neighbourhood

First time trying fish bowl and super impressed. Really generous serving of greens and protein. Jam packed with flavour and interesting ingredient combinations on their standard menu options. I was really impressed and the area definitely needed a healthy and easy lunch option for those that don’t want to go to a cafe.

Stopped by the Armadale store today while in the area, super tasty food and decently priced.The young lady Shakira served me on the till and I was greeted with a warm smile. I wasn’t too sure of what to order so she walked me through the most popular bowls and the menu to build my own bowl and even came around the till to direct me through the menu screens above me.I ordered the Chicken O.G bowl with brown rice and it tasted just as good as it looks, great! Super clean store and the music playing was nice.Amazing customer service Shakira, you’ll definitely be seeing me again !!

Visited the venue on grand opening day, great menu options, generous servings and fresh ingredients!
