I had two spare keys cut for a new door. When testing the keys, they just spun in the lock. My existing key still worked. When I discussed this with the manager, he stated that the lock was broken and I needed a locksmith. Strange how the keys they provided are the only ones that don't work! $20 wasted!

I had a battery replacement done there, to my expensive TAG Watch see picture attached. I then found my watch was stopped. I reset the time... And sometime later it stopped again! Over the following days this went on and on.I went back to Mr Minit and after a while was told that the battery checked out ok, but the kind technician cleaned the contacts... Presto! No more problems, watch keeps time now!Corrosion is to be expected where current flows across terminals for many years! Oxides are not generally conductive, so it makes perfect sense... Now!Great service, no charge for the cleaning!Very happy indeed!!

What a joke that man!I waited 2 people, I needed to replace a battery in watch, he told me 15 min $20…Not a problem.Come back after 20’, watch isn’t ready, this thing takes time, I need another 15 or half hour because this people was before you…If you don’t want to wait go somewhere else!While I was waiting 3 customers had a job done, one of which included an engraving on a bracelet and they was “walk-in”!What a joke

Staff member was courteous, but I couldn t believe how much getting a key cut has gone up in price. I think I will wait and go where I got my last one cut next time.

Had to get my belt cut to size and puncture extra holes. Mr. Armando was helpful enough to assist me and would highly recommend.

I had a Key cut on day one and it did not open my front door. I had to leave work and let my husband in the house. I went on day two back to the store to voice my concern and was told that they will rectify it and therefore supposedly fixed ( the same key ) rather than cut me a new one. He just buffed something as he sheepishly walked around like he did not want to be there. Once again i went home and the key did not work, much to my increased dissapointment now, i went back on day 3 and asked for a refund. I was not given a refund but rather was asked to get my key cut again and guess what . You guessed it. 3 times not a charm. It did not open the door again. Attempted to call the store they did not answer, sent them a message on facebook and they left me on read with no reply. Absolutely shocking. Don't cut your keys here. Go to the otherside and get them done at Bobs Repairs. Who are absolutely professional
