Back In Motion Blackburn

My experience with BIM Blackburn was very pleasant after needing physio consistently over a few months. I was always provided with great customer service each time I had a session or needed to change/book another appointment. Very friendly staff and the treatment was great. Highly recommend!

My experience with Back in Motion Blackburn has always been extremely positive.All staff are friendly and professional, making the clinic very welcoming.I’ve had wonderful results with treatment from Troy, and Pilates classes with him have strengthened my injury prone areas.His knowledge and care is outstanding.I have confidently referred many friends to BIM Blackburn and am grateful to be a valued client there.

Working with Troy Sandley has been a fantastic experience. I had no idea physiotherapists could have a such a big impact and so quickly. I love the ongoing fitness guidance and am so pleased to back exercising at full capacity. I have been able to run again, lift weights, even do HIIT class. Thank you Troy. :)

Enquired about an appointment via the phone and was quoted $130 (or maybe $135, I can’t remember exactly but it was within that range). Unfortunately I can’t that cost at the moment and told the receptionist, the receptionist did not mention the free initial consultation option at the time. I later found out that existed on the company’s website. I advised I’d get a care plan from my GP and call back ASAP. Receptionist mentioned that the clinic bulk bills patients on a care plan.I managed to get a care plan from my GP, so called back to book in at the next available appointment (I’m struggling to walk due to the pain, so felt I needed to see someone ASAP). I mentioned that I’d read about the free initial consult online; the receptionist did not apologise for not neglecting to mention this when I called an hour prior (at which time, there was actually a same-day [weekday] appointment available). Now the next appointment is available on Saturday, which wouldn’t be much of an issue; however, the receptionist noted a $50 surcharge for weekend appointments for patients on a care plan. A 40% surcharge on weekends is absolutely obscene, particularly for patients on a care plan. 10% I’d understand, but 40% is just outright extortion.Had the receptionist mentioned the initial free consultation during my first call, I could’ve been seen already by now and had some clue about what was going on.

I have always had positive experiences at Back in Motion Blackburn.The staff are welcoming and professional and listen to your needs before deciding a course of treatment. Their knowledge and expertise has ensured that I have achieved good results with treatment from Troy, and the weekly Pilates classes have enabled me to continue my fitness regime and rehabilitation.I am happy to endorse BIM Blackburn.

Simon and the Back in Motion Blackburn team have taken exceptional care of me over the past 4 years. They have always been thorough and gone the extra mile to get me back on my feet whenever I've been injured. Can't say enough good things about the clinic and about their care!

Great clinic with friendly, accomodating and knowledgable staff. My physio Ellie is outstanding! She not only relieved my back and knee pain but got to the root cause which I will forever be grateful for. Ellie is highly knowledgeable and patient with a genuine concern for my health. Can honestly say I’ll never go to another physio after finding Back in Motion Blackburn. I highly recommend!

A long time ago I happened to book in by chance with the owner for help with a spastic back. After my first massage I was actually black and blue, which hasn't happened before or since. I think there's a difference between helping and hurting and although I went back a few more times I found someone else nearby. It sorta scared me and I basically just didn't show up the last time because I was afraid he was making things worse. I'm leaving this review later than I should have as I'm currently in some massage therapy nearby, and regret not confronting the black and blue back he left me with sooner instead of fleeing the studio.

Troy and the team at Back In Motion Blackburn are magnificent to deal with and easily one of the best health care providers I have dealt with. Troy immediately was able to diagnose my frozen shoulder and very effectively applied his impressive knoweldge to very rapidly make vast improvements to my shoulder and thus quality of life. He is consistently very professional, personable and punctual. I always felt comfortable and listened to. The clerical staff were efficient and very friendly too. I am very grateful and would very highly recommend!
