I had an awful experience at this salon and the staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I explicitly asked for a wash and cut, nothing more, yet to my surprise, I was charged for a blow dry without ever being consulted or informed about the additional service and cost, this felt like an entirely deceptive move. What made matters worse was the Managers response when I questioned the charge for the service (one that I had never asked for or agreed to - and was totally unaware of). Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they shifted the blame onto me, suggesting that I had been 'asked', and then when i said i had not - they turned around and said I should have 'questioned' them when they started 'blow drying' my hair. However, the truth is that I had assumed they were completing the services I had clearly asked for, and I had no idea that what they were doing constituted a 'blow dry' - because it was so poorly executed and looked exactly like the free 'dry offs' I receive at my usual hairdresser. Their attempt to twist the situation and imply that I had been consulted was nothing short of dishonest. It was clear that they were unwilling to admit their error and were resorting to deceitful tactics to save face. Interestingly, neither the hairdresser who did my hair, nor the hairdresser next to us during the haircut intervened in the argument, which leads me to believe that they were well aware of the dishonesty and knew that I had never 'asked' for or been 'informed' about the 'blow dry'. This place drew me in with their reasonable pricing then performed treatments I never asked for or was informed of, and tried to charge me for them! I expected transparency and professionalism, but instead, I encountered deceit, zero integrity and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to AVOID this hairdresser, as their dishonesty and unprofessionalism tarnish the reputation of the entire salon.

Went in for a style cut not to different from what I had, sat down and the older hairdresser didn’t ask me anything just stared cutting, I had to stop her and show her what I wanted. She continued to go shorter even though I said I didn’t want it short.Ended up nothing like the picture I showed her.Would NOT recommend! Horrible and rude
