Overpriced. Service not good. Staff not very polite. Food is not fresh or tasty. I don't think the chefs are Japanese either and they don't seems to repect their food. You can have some fun if thats your first Teppanyaki, but definitely not getting tasty food.

This was the best experience and service in Melbourne- the team at Ichiban treated us like family were extremely talented and professional. Monique goes above and beyond to provide excellent service you must come by and try it out- not to mention the food is delicious!!

The food was amazing but all the staff were even better, we attended for a family birthday and the service was incredible, I highly recommended this place, we could not thank them enough for making the night so enjoyable

Christmas dinner. Food quality is good but very salty. The same price you paid you will have much better value in the city and else where. It is very over priced.

I don't go out often, but my sons and I decided to splurge, so we came here tonight and WOW, the food was amazing, the service was amazing. We had peace when we were eating, entertainment when we were waiting and service that was perfect.It can be a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. It is WELL worth it.We had the Onigyu and everything was cooked to perfection.The atmosphere was calm and the music was beautiful and peaceful. And to the gentleman who ate all the green tea ice cream, I'll be back. Lol.Thank you to the Ichiban team, for making our night very enjoyable.:)

Had my birthday dinner here last night and enjoyed myself quite a bit. Food was delicious, service was instant/extremely friendly and the chefs were very talented. It was my first time trying teppanyaki and I was very impressed. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic service, food and experience.Attended my work Christmas party here and it was a lot of fun and they’ve some fantastic drinks too. 5 stars all round!
