I was severely put off by how the shop was not wheelchair accessible and the staff did not seem to be very friendly or helpful.The range of stock was excellent but I was put off by the attitude of staff so I did not buy anything.

Excellent Service ! Phoned the Store looking for a Christmas Item with just a description from a photo posted on facebook. Spoke to Jenny who was most helpful she located the item and had it in the post to Melbourne in a jiffy. Thank you Jenny the Nutcracker Diffuser is gorgeous.

I have wanted to go here for years since I 1st drove past . However, when I did go here, all there were exorbitantly priced christmas decorations and one section of overpriced common lollies and a shelf of more foreign lollies with several expired and heavily reduced productsIt's not a well thought out business plan. It is a very beautiful shop but no one can afford these things. I am talking figurines in the thousand dollar plus mark.Didnt add to the cheer when the female owner was talking about her poor health ailments and that her dream was failing. Pretty depressing experience, to be honest. We left with a small box of m&m's.
