Very happy. Just had our new blinds installed and we couldn’t ask for more. From when we looked in the showroom, through the quote and then the install, we have been impressed. Today Henri came and installed our blinds , he turned up when they said he would, was friendly, efficient and explained the remotes so that even we could understand. Due to our house being a bit uneven, one of the blinds needed adjusting, no problem though, Henri whisked it back to the factory and was back and installed within the hour. I moved two months ago and finally made the decision with the colder weather to get some blinds installed. I waited for other companies to organise a time to meet and quote and found Premier Shades to be the most efficient. They came within a few days of organising, measured and gave me a quote on the spot. The blinds were made to measure and installed within a week and a half. I was very happy with the cost and the service and would highly recommend using Premier Shades. Paul, who did the quote was very knowleable and lovely wot work with, Henry came at the crack of dawn to install the blinds and was here no longer than an hour (two bedroom unit) and was just lovely. I also want to give a big wrap to Warren, who works behind the scenes, making the blinds, and what a terrific job he did, they look amazing and the finishes are perfect.When I went ot ehri store in Wyoming they also lovely furnishings which I splurged and bought some items.Thank you Premier Shades.
