Shell Coles Express Redlynch

There's not much to say really, it's a petrol station that's part of a large chain. It's fine.

Always friendly and helpful staff, basic supplies in the shop, but when you've got two supermarkets across the road, you dont need a lot. But what is here is useful! Centre is always clean and tidy, considering how busy they are.

Great customer service , my card wasn't working let me come back later in the day with fuel already in my car

Usually one of the highest priced petrol stations but very friendly staff.

The staff at Redlynch Coles Express are great. I wanted to take the time out to recognise their excellent customer service. They make the place. Cheers

I would give this baldhead guy a punch in the face if I could get away with it. Worst customer service ever. Tuesday afternoon I caught a Uber to the fuel station because I'd run out of fuel on the highway. Filled the can of fuel up and left in the Uber back to my vehicle. The very next dayWed 6.07.22 I went back to the same petrol station to fill up the car again because I definitely learnt my lesson from the day before lol After fuelling up I went into pay for the fuel. The petrol station was full of people, as I proceeded to the counter the same attendant from the day before laughed and said loudly oh you can actually afford fuel today" I thought wow what disgusting customer service. Trying to embarrass me Infront of the other customers.... Which he did manage to do as the other customers were looking oddly at me. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen."

Always buy my fuel here and always have. Why? Always staffed by friendly regulars and never ever had a fuel issue unlike some of the lower quality places around Cairns.
