Techpay’s director, Mr. Ben Sealey, is my “go-to-guy” since the opening of my own business six (6) years ago, during Ben’s previous position as sales manager for a printer supply company. I have proudly and confidently referred him to colleagues of mine. He has consistently shown inspiring client-oriented professionalism, evidenced in most by his vast knowledge of various market products and keen follow up of the updates of such items. Combined with wealth of experience handling countless different businesses and types, he is apt to provide near instant solutions and recommendations for small businesses (including in my own) and their needs. It is my understanding that he has well accommodated the needs to mid-size and larger corporations as well, to their satisfaction. He has given regular check-up calls to see to verify if all is well and if there are needs. He also involved himself in correspondence regarding tech support, to ensure that I was being taken care of, instead of constant communication with an unfamiliar face.It appears that Ben has taken this approach to Techpay, along with a following of loyal personnel, who wish to continue proper service with Ben. (The company's quick growth in less than a year's time is not a wonder.)Hence, I changed over to Techpay as soon as possible. The hesitation was absolutely absent, despite the quotation given by Ben having a monthly increase in my payment amount. Ben compared my current plan and organised a plan much more suited to both my short term and long-term printing needs. He also accommodated a separate issue item that I was having an problems with, thus naturally taking care of a long-term client of his. Thus, the price in case was beyond justified and reasonable – compared to the convenience gained concerning usage, future usage context, and even on fiscal terms, I have been benefited by Techpay’s service.I am looking forward to hiring/exploration of Techpay’s range of services other than printing, including the IT and Teleco/ICT products, for both my current and future business.Much thanks and appreciation expressed!

Techpay's service was exceptional, from Ben, who helped with organising our printer, to Jack, who did the installation. Techpay came for a site visit and after looking through our printing solutions were able to offer us a contract which included all new printers for the entire Club operation for less than the contract we previously had which was for only three larger printers across our facility. The delivery and follow service thus far has been fantastic. We couldn't be happier.
