Beacon Lighting Kotara

I had the pleasure to deal with Beacon Lighting recently and believe me when i tell you they are so good to deal with mine was a warrant y cliam they were prompt with a call back they no longer had my style light in stock so i was given a later model and not only that seeing i had two of the same kind of lights in the one room they replaced both at no charge what so ever, i promise you, you will get no better after sales service than that the lights i had were two years old. If you are in the market for lighting or electrical compare prices for sure but i guarantee you will end up at Beacon Lighting . I went to the Kotara store but have had dealings with other stores and head office fair dinkum if you want to be treated like a worth while person and a very valued customer you just cant go past BEACON LIGHTING a definite 10/10. Bright store, convenient location, large range, friendly staff.

A big display of fans & lighting to suit indoor & outdoor needs. The staff were very patient and helpful in our (changing) decision making. 17 items later we were well inside our budget - thanks to the special deal we were able to get.

Lots of stock, nice modern and large store, but we were actually disappointed that there were no pretty lights that were suitable for a bedside table - all the pretty ones were too large.

Another positive experience at Beacon yesterday. Throughout our (tediously long!) renovation, staff have always been helpful. Yesterday Mark went 'above and beyond' in responding to questions and finding the perfect solution for my needs. Many thanks!

I got treated very badly from one of the staff there. She was rude to me! I’m a regular to the store and I’m getting stuff for my new house atm but I would rather go somewhere else and be treated in a better way. So disappointed!PS rest of the staff are awesome tbh. Xx

Great shop but impossible to shop with kids. A little enclosed play corner would make it much easier to be able to shop.

Picked up a boxing day bargin, and ordered a floor lamp I have been wanting for a while.

Visited Beacon lighting today to choose and purchase 3 bedroom fans and 2 large outdoor fans. Was wandering around by myself for about 15 minutes, no one else in the shop and no one came to assist me. Staff were standing around at the front desk chatting. Pretty disappointing stuff. Won't be going to Beacon again.

Whilst we were ready to purchase 3 decorative lights for our refurbished studio, as well as a 4-spotlight rail for the kitchen, we received no customer attention or acknowledgement from the staff. The $1300 sale walked out the door...disappointing.
