Hired multi purpose room for our kid's birthday party. Although considering the size of hall, rates were sky high on the weekends after 6PM ($52 per hr), we still booked it as it was close to our home and main attraction for us was fenced playground exclusively for the use of hirer.It was very good for our 25 guests and 15 kids as kids really enjoyed playing in the ground and the management was kind enough to allow us to use our bouncy castle in the outdoor play area.However, there is lot of room to improve, such as:- With such high hiring charges, they should include some or all facilities like sound & mic system, cleaning equipment, exclusive parking bays for hirers, separate room to store spare chairs and tables.- Apparently the attached playground is for exclusive use of the hirers. However, normal public kept coming inside as the gate was open and no keys were provided to lock it. Also there was no one on the site to report and sort this issue. Luckily no conflict came up but this should not happen.- We and our guests struggled alot to find parking. Apparently there were a lot of parking bays but all were filled due to public/ sports ground in front.- We struggled alot to find any bins to dispose of our rubbish. There were some permanent bins at front but they were not open from top so we could not throw our large bin bags. We raised this issue to a lady from council on patrol and also on their emergency number but they had no clue on how to sort it out. They should provide some bins exclusively for the hirer.- Not a secure area to book at night. Specially if kids are in playground, someone must be present all the time inside the ground, not in the hall (as people keep coming).- Chairs were not enough as they mentioned. About 2 stacks of chairs (20 chairs) were with caution tapes with the sign do not use"."

This is my sporting home ground, very good atmosphere
