The old lady at the front counter needs to pick up on her customer service skills.She refused to replace our child's school book that they had packed wrong.On the reason that we touched it".So my wife had to buy the right one.I have been using this news agency for years never having a problem till now.I would think it would be natural for a store to fix it's mistakes

Yeah, been meaning to write for awhile but really disrespectful not allowing a veteran with service dog in. Literally noone would care. I find that awful and it's discrimination.

Discriminated a local veteran and his service dog. This veteran and his service dog are covered by the disability act and the discrimination act. Instead being told that these dogs are only for the blind. Utter disgrace. This news is verified and is published in local media
