Today I walked in and there were 4 staff behind the counter and their customer service was appalling - they were rude and unresponsive. This is my 4th time at this store and every other time has been a pleasant experience with the older gentleman that works in the weekend - today you were shocking. Probably more to do with being a female that has no idea...cause the next guy was served with a smile :-(

I have a 1988 vl Commodore project. Complete rebuild from bottom up. Everything is being replaced. I get all my parts from A1 Autoparts as they usually have parts in store or get them shipped within a very short time frame. I can't fault the price of the knowledge of the boys at A1. They have never let me down. :)

So Rude !! Definitely misogynistic attitude as being the only female customer in the store I was made to wait till everyone else was served, then continued to take phone calls while I waited. Suggested to the other sales person who reminded him I was waiting that he’d find time in the next week to assist me! No return conversation, slammed my product down on the counter! Will never shop there again. Females be warned. Sad to think these attitudes towards woman still exist.
