I just had a meal at the Cambrian Hotel (our local) with my partner.It was a cold Winter’s night and it was a pleasure to be welcomed into a warm relaxed atmosphere.The meal was superb, osso bucco and craft stout.Louise had duck and the response was the same.I can’t think of where one could get better or more appropriate Winter fare.

Nice friendly people only had problems parking the car to access. The butter chicken was full of flavour but served on rice and no condiments. Dear chef when doing Indian food it must have Nann bread, yoghurt dip and maybe pompadoms. We have nothing to mop up the sauce. Let down really but there's good chefs and great ones that give you the full dining experience.

There is a lot to like about this venue. We were seated at our table without delay even though we arrived at a busy time. Drink order taken and delivered post haste. Meal order taken in quick time followed by a warning that there could be a wait before we received it. I'm pleasantly surprised that the wait" is only 25 minutes. I ordered the grilled bream. Two others in our party requested "a small serve of chips" as part of their order. Either the chef serves up small serve of chips to everyone

Great experience trying the Korean BBQ. The staff give you the initial direction on how to prepare your meal then its all up to you. Plenty to eat, great flavour and for some a novelty cooking at the table for yourself. Well worth the experience. Loved it.
