I can't for the life of me see why this company has got some bad reviews. We upgraded from an old analogue 8 camera system (purchased and installed by Sunstate) to a fully digital 12 camera system and everyone, from the salesman Fred Asgari, right up to the installers were prompt, polite and above all professional. If you're looking for a cheap quote on cheap equipment then don't go to them because they only sell top quality equipment and you get what you pay for.

Recently installed a Hikvision CCTV system from Sunstate. All of the staff there were extremely professional and helpful throughout, from sales to installation and after-sales support. Fred from the sales team was very knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the products that met my requirements. Extremely happy with the system installed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.Thanks for all of your help Fred !!

My first experience with them was good. They came out and fixed my problem.The next time we had problems with our system they came out and convinced us that we need to upgrade our recorder to solve the problem.After changing our recorder over and paying hours of labour costs parts of our system is still not working. In fact we can't use some features that were working prior to their visit.They then told us the problem was our wall unit. Which they ordered for us and was due in May 2022. We are still waiting for them to contact us. I have rang them 6 tines with the promise of a call back..Try looking up invoice number 22865

We recently had security cameras installed at our house. Prior to our purchase we did a lot of research and Sunstate was the only company that provided a complete home demonstration which gave us an opportunity to see exactly how the system would suit our needs. The salesperson allocated to us was Phil and he advised us of all our options to make an information decision.Phil has been very professional and helpful, throughout the sale and setup of our security system, we are exceedingly grateful to him for his efficient business acumen. He has also made an after sale follow up visit to make sure that we were familiar with all the functions of the cameras, providing us with complete instructions.The Technician that did the installation was Michael. He was also very efficient, polite. He took care and paid great attention to detail; with the installation. We highly recommend Sunstate Security for all your security camera needs.

I recommend that this company be given a 5 star rating.We purchased our security system almost 12 months ago and the after service received from them has been second to none. Phil from Sunstate Security has been so helpful and patiently explains everything as we are Seniors. The system has worked flawlessly from the day that it was installed. We are very happy with the manageability, quality and usefulness of the security system that it provided with 4 cameras all around our house. Once again I highly recommend Sunstate Security and make sure you ask for Phil… He is professional, knowledgeable and patient which has been so important to us.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on their workmanship but their communication leaves something to be desired. I have being trying to speak with someone at Sunstate Security to arrange a quote for installation of x2 cameras to an existing set up. I have left messages every day for three days and have been told on each occasion that someone will be in touch with me to arrange a time for a quote. To date I am still to receive a call. I have now given up and contacted two other security installers and arrangements have been made for someone from those businesses to attend my residence to provide me with a quote.

Yesterday we experienced a classic example of First class service! Commencing with two earlier visits from Phil to identify our needs, then yesterday followed up by Adam & Tyson who installed our video intercom.We are probably a very small job for these guys, but their friendly and helpful attitude made us feel as if we were a major contract. Followed up today by Phil ensuring all is working well. Classic great service all round.Highly recommended !

Great experience from Phil at Sunstate for work done at JUCY Gold Coast. After making initial call he came out the next week and assessed our broken cameras. The following 2 days from that we had new cameras installed and a better system than our last. Highly recommend if you are after a professional installation with prompt and easy service
