I recently purchased 6 chairs from this haggle location. During our first dinner using the new chairs one cracked loudly under one of our guests. We’ve had those chairs less than two weeks.. we attempted to return them as the man who sold them to us assured us there would be no issue if something was wrong. However when we tried to return them we were told they do not allow for returns and would only exchange the broken chair for another of the same. We tried to see if we could exchange the chairs for ones with a more solid/safer design and pay the difference. They wouldn’t allow us to do that. They are offering us floor models of the same chairs we had and not even at a discounted rate. We asked to speak to someone above store level as the employees seemed to have very little power. We were told there was NO ONE we could talk to. Not even a customer service contact number. This place is truly unbelievable. This was the worst furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had...the employees were misleading, there are no returns or even exchanges for unsafe products, you can’t speak to a manager or customer service representative, and the products are just poorly made. It’s truly unacceptable. We don’t want the same chair that is likely to crack again or INJURE someone we want to exchange for a different product (and pay the difference).or, even better, receive a refund for shoddily made goods.

Purchased a rug, was able to return within 24 hours if not suited with furniture. Refunded, no questions asked. Very helpful.

Yes a very lovely new store. Carparking available.The staff are wonderfully friendly and supportive.Clearly understanding what I am looking for in carpets for my sitting room &dining room.They have wonderful range of extra large floor rugs.Delightful,many different patterns to choose from.No pressure to buy.Lovely casual environment.It truly lovely having a store on payneham road close to my home in Campbelltown Adelaide..However, if you are looking for even greater reduction in prices. Greater Carpark and a much larger range of everythingWoodville Haggle Co.is the winning store.Excellent service.Wonderful knowledge about carpets.They have great range of furnishing as well.Ask to speak to Chan.

I like the middle eastern haggle atmosphere HaggleCo once had . Still very compatible price wise, but drifting more and more towards a boring furniture store.

Most unprofessional & providing unethical customer service by business and store manager. Misleading CX and taking money from CX. showing something to customer as display @store and promising we will get same .Then, getting delivered completely opposite product and not willing fix problem.Please stay away from this store

I was in over the weekend seeking some new furniture and a mattress for my new apartment, i was helped by both gentlemen working, they were both knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and not typical pushy sales staff.Ill be back to see them once i am ready to purchase in the very near future.

A Very Good Range Of Furniture In Stock And Very Helpful Staff, But Be Very Careful If You Have A Layby As They Can Cancel It Without Notice
