I have never had any issues with Copyworld. When ever my Toshiba Photocopier Jams and I cant figure it out , the service team usually talk me through it or send out one of their service guys. After putting a monitor program on my machine I get sent toner before It ever runs out.Big Thumbs up!!

A week ago i called both FUJIXEROX and COPYWORLD.COPYWORLD called me back immediately, had a representitive call in and assess our requirements that day and presented two suitable quote within a few days.I'm still waiting on the initial call back from the other company. If yoi cant get your service process sorted out at the beginning" of a relationship then what hope would one have when they have a problem.I recommend copyworld. Not that other place."

The quality of the machines is well under par. Print quality is bad. We are getting constant errors and paper jams when trying to do simple prints. We still have our old photocopier onsite and we keep having to reverty to that one.We are charged every time a tech comes out.Not going to be using Toshiba or copy world again.

Steve Dodson was very patient with us while we were determining whether to renew the rental contract or buy a new outright. He helped with facilitation of contracts and installation was quick. We had a few teething issues, but these were dealt with within a week or two.

We at SDA Structural now have 2 printers from Copyworld at our facility in Lonsdale, both machines work exactly as decribed and promised. We can't fault the service from Copyworld and we would highly recommend them.
