Absolutely poor customer service. I issued a complaint that after spending $125, my brow lamination didn’t even last 4 days. I received a phone call where they did not want to resolve the issue, used aggression and were absolutely rude.

Absolute professionals and so good at what they do! I have never had a bad service at SOUL and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my brows. Love your work girls!

So professional, great results!I had my eyebrows microbladed and they are perfect! Jess took her time to make sure they were the right shape before starting and during the procedure she was so gentle and considerate!

I don't think my brows have looked this good in years! I really didn't think much could be done with them as they barely grow and are on the thinner side. Claudia worked her magic and showed me how to fill and shape them. Super happy, thanks girls :)

Absolutely Insane Results and such a professional and well run Studio. Always make time for me and every result is like the first! Even drive down from sydney just to come here and get my brows done . Do not trust anyone else except the girls at SOUL brow studio . They are amazing !!!!!
