I had an issue with my La-z-Boy lift chair just after New Year. I contacted Phil at Beta and he organized someone to come out the next day. They brought parts and fixed my chair while they were here. I shopped around to buy a ceramic cook top but it proved to hardwith staff, no stock, etc. and no knowledge of product.I rang Betta and i got easy to understand info, and specifics on a few models i told the helpful staff member Josh i would ring back.next day i rang with more questions he patiently answered all of them, we discussed price and availability again i said i will call back.within an hour i rang back spoke to Josh and agreed to buythe item & extd warranty i asked him can i give a deposit he replied as you pick it up tomorrow that all good.I went next day and got the same great service from Josh he had my item ready, I paid and he put it into my car, perfect serviceIt was exactly the same service as in 2021. I got from Rosemary when i bought 2 La-Z- boy recliners at Betta Hervey Bay.Thanks Josh for a hassle free purchase and great service.Bigger is not always better.

Ordered some products online. Used this store as the pickup point. Of coarse they take your money and don't have the product. Improve the web shop to show stock levels better please. I'm sick of retailers taking your money and not having the product. Betta Electrical online did refund my money after 5 days and 2 phone calls.
