Staff don’t care to listen to your actual question before making a decision on actions. Store manager wasted my time dragging me out there for an insurance replacement that I could have easily done through a store closer to me, only to tell me that he was unwilling to deliver the outcome we discussed on the phone. Plenty of other, better locations that you should go to instead.

My boyfriend bought me airpods for Christmas and was up sold cover care on the basis that it covers loss and damage as I would be using them for running. When I came into the store today after my dog chewed them, they explained the extra care doesn’t cover that. The guy I dealt with mostly basically said we were lying but I explained we would never of bought the extra care (which btw doesn’t cover anything lol)The one star is all for Thomas who works at the front desk as he was super helpful and empathetic. He sorted out getting me a better price as I was left standing there confused what was going on after the other guy walked away.Thanks thomas! Great guy.

I have purchased afew items from them. (Namely a monitor, keyboard mouse combo and a headset.)The keyboard and mouse I bought had some issues and was under warranty.When I went to have it replaced, the process was smooth and easy. Staff were very helpful.I'll definitely be back to buy more stuff if I need to, they have given me the peace of mind that the issues won't be brushed off/ignored.

I called Eastgardens for availibity in stock for a phone and Bob kindly put it on hold for me. When I went to the store he gave me advice on which phone was best out of my choices. I appreciate his operational excellence and customer service and I am grateful for the assistance he gave me since I'm such an indecisive person!

No matter what you will get the best customer experience here. Everyone is so friendly and humble that sometimes I just go there only to check new tech stuff not necessarily for buying stuff.

I dont like this store,few times had bad experience. Staff not friendly,slow,comunication skills low. One time,got better deal with sales assistent,when i went to pay,cashier said hes not sell for price,sales assistent offered.

I was genuinely surprised with the layout of the store! Inside it's small but all items are displayed and there are always sale's on different products everyday. The Customer Service is not that good and their store employees NEED to be more available to their customers.

Went to JB on Sunday 12/2 at 1650hrs. I knew what I was after, a 32gb micro sd card.I asked a man who worked there where I could find one. He pointed me to the aisle.Interestingly, I needed someone to unlock the card I required.So had to go back where 3 employees were just chatting.After disturbing the conversation, i got a card, but the person had to put it behind the counter while I waited in queue.When I got to the counter, someone had packed it up to be returned to the shelf.

Decent shop, not the largest jb but it's always been here and reliable for electronics. Good range of games yeah and laptops on display

Very helpful staff. However, stock levels need to be monitored better as I spent 30 minutes working out which Conference Call Headset to purchase but when at the cashiers to pay, was told that they were out of stock of that product. If it is out of stock, don't have them on shelves with the box labelled, 'Take this box to cashiers to purchase'
